Notice of Opportunity to Serve as Lead Plaintiff

a complaint was filed alleging
violations of the federal securities laws by Rentech, Inc. and
certain of its officers and/or directors. The class action was commenced
on
behalf of purchasers of Rentech, Inc. securities
between 2/8/2008 and 12/15/2009 the
("Class Period ").
If you purchased Rentech, Inc. between 2/8/2008 and 12/15/2009 you
